WinR Attend Inspire Summit Manchester


WinR Directors Livia, Denise and Kate along with Lauren Pollit had a fantastic day at The Inspire Summit Manchester on the 6th September. 

There were some great thought provoking and inspiring debates and some fantastic case studies

WinR Director Livia did a fantastic job on each of her panels addressing how the housing market is shaping the trades skills and innovaton agenda and then discussing happy work/ life balance and mental well being. 

The conference, held at Bridgewater Hall, Manchester on the highlighted the women working in the U.K Construction, Engineering and housing sectors, who are re shaping expectations and inspiring other to follow in their footsteps.




























WinR Founder is a Panellist in not 1 but 2 panels at The Inspire Summit, Manchester!


We are delighted to confirm that WinR Founder Livia Williams will be a panelist on 2 panels at The Inspire Summit, on Wednesday the 6th September.


Livia will be discussing how the housing market is shaping the trades skills and innovation agenda in the morning and Happy work/ life balance and mental well being in the afternoon!

WinR assist Lauren pollit with her driving lessons!


Women in Roofing Directors Lynn Street and Denise Cherry recently presented Lauren Pollitt, a Roofer at Wythenshawe Housing Community Group Ltd with a cheque for a contribution towards driving lessons to enable her to fulfil her ambition to become a qualified driver.

Lauren who has worked in roofing for a number of years and is one of the few qualified female roofers in the industry has recently completed a leadwork course delivered by the Yorkshire Roof Training Group.

Laurens speech at The Women in Roofing Conference 2017 was very well received and many attendees were particularly inspired by her story.

We look forward to welcoming Lauren back to the Women in Roofing Conference 2018.

Women in Roofing were in attendance at the recent NFRC Roofing Awards!
